Refund policy
P-51 BIKE COMPANY RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Quality is our most important concern for our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items.
BIKE ORDERS
Cancellations can be processed within 24 hours from your order. After 24 hours there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Once the bike is shipped then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted as well as the full invoiced shipping costs.
If Shop Pay Installments is used for the check out/payment method then cancelation at any time will have a 15% restocking fee as they do not return the processing fees.
Returns
Due to the nature of bikes we do not accept returns on any used or bikes.
All bike orders require a signature at pick up.
Batteries: Batteries are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the return.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Refunds: P-51 will process all refunds to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account once authorized.
Accessories, Merchandise and Parts
Cancelations: If you would like to cancel an order then you will need to contact our support team within 24 hours to have that canceled. If the order has been shipping then you will be responsible for the shipping fees incurred which will be deducted from the refund.
Returns: We accept returns on unused and uninstalled items for 30 days from the delivery confirmation. Once received our team will inspect them and if approved will process the refund for the full price of the product minus the shipping cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank to credit your funds back as they sometimes take longer processing times.
